Arketa is a Y Combinator-backed (W21) startup that built an all-in-one business management platform for wellness entrepreneurs like yoga instructors, fitness trainers, meditation teachers, and wellness practitioners. The platform unified scheduling, payments, client management, and marketing into a single product designed specifically for the wellness industry.

The company raised $4.1M in seed funding led by M13 Ventures and quickly gained traction among independent wellness professionals looking for a modern alternative to fragmented, legacy tools. Arketa's vision was to be the Shopify of wellness, giving solo practitioners and small studios the same operational capabilities as large fitness chains.

As a founding engineer, I built core revenue-driving features from the ground up in a fast-moving, small-team environment. The product demanded a wide surface area, from point-of-sale and checkout flows to scheduling systems and media pipelines, making it a formative experience in shipping high-impact product features at startup speed.
