The Rounds is a venture-backed neighborhood delivery startup founded in 2020 by Alexander Torrey that pioneered a zero-waste, refill-and-return model for household essentials. I worked at the intersection of logistics, e-commerce, and sustainability, building the consumer-facing web and mobile experiences that powered the delivery model. During my tenure I led a major modernization of the frontend stack, transitioning from JavaScript to TypeScript and introducing comprehensive automated testing.
